Call Center Project Assistant (HR19-CCPA)

(Bethesda, Md.)

Development Services Group, Inc. (DSG), a national research and management firm, seeks an entry to midlevel Call Center Project Assistant to work on a national practitioner registration program. The project is under contract to the federal Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (or SAMHSA) for the certification of physicians and mid-level practitioners (such as, physician assistants or nurse practitioners) who wish to participate in a substance misuse treatment program to address opioid addiction. For this project, DSG provides help-desk support for practitioners interested in the program. Support activities include website support, data entry, documentation, data verification, data management, and communication with participating practitioners for the entire life cycle of this certification process.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant customer-relations work experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills for a wide range of communications
  • Ability to type 30+ words per minute
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, web technologies and use of general office equipment
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
